Maintenance policy
- All handmade crystal jewelry enjoys free maintenance service within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The scope of repairs includes but is not limited to: re-beading, replacing fasteners, and repairing breaks.
- Products beyond the free maintenance period will be charged reasonable material and labor costs.
- If the jewelry is seriously damaged and cannot be repaired, our store will provide the option of exchanging it for new products at a discount.
- Please contact us first and then send back the crystal jewelry that needs repair.
- We will complete the evaluation and contact you within 5 working days after receiving the jewelry.
- After confirming the repair matters and costs, we will repair it immediately.
- After the repair is completed, we will send the jewelry safely back to you.
- This maintenance and repair terms only apply to damage caused by normal use.
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents and other non-product quality problems is not covered by the warranty.
- The final interpretation right of maintenance and repair terms belongs to our store.
