Handmade precious
- Most items in our store are handmade. Since the production process takes time, please be patient. Handmade products may have minor imperfections, which are unavoidable during the handcrafting process. Please cherish every piece of work and keep it carefully.
- Natural crystal is formed naturally, and the crystal structure and color of each piece are unique. Ice cracks, cotton-like material, pits, varying sizes or tiny impurities are all normal characteristics of natural crystal. Before production, we will give priority to crystals with better appearance, but customers who cannot accept these natural characteristics should not place an order. We do not offer a piece-by-piece selection service.
- All product pictures are actual photos taken by the owner himself. We try our best to shoot in natural light to truly reflect the actual appearance of the product. However, due to differences in shooting equipment, lighting and display screens, there may be slight color differences between the photos and the actual item. Please refer to the actual product.
