return policy

  • Since all products in our store are hand-made, returns and refunds will not be accepted for any products.


Exchange policy

  • If quality problems or non-artificial damage are found after receiving the goods, the customer can apply for an exchange within 15 days after receiving the goods.
  • Exchange items must remain unused and intact in packaging.
  • When exchanging goods, if the original product is out of stock or discontinued, the customer can choose a product of equal value for exchange.


Exchange process

  • Customers must first contact us via email or customer service to provide the order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Products that customers need to exchange must remain unused and be sent back in complete packaging.
  • After receiving the exchange product, we will inspect it within 5 working days and process the exchange after confirming that it is correct.
  • Exchange items will be shipped within 3 working days after confirmation.


Precautions

  • When exchanging goods, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the reason for the exchange is quality problems with the product itself.
  • Any damage caused by improper use, poor storage or human factors will not be covered by the exchange.
  • The final interpretation right of these regulations belongs to our store.
